ILNYA NIETERNITE NIFUTUR

ILNya Niéternité Nifutur is a Shenzhen-based niche designer brand, founded in 2020 by head designer Yang Pengyu. The name ILNya comes from the French “il n’ya”, meaning non-existent, and is pronounced similarly to the Chinese “Líng Yā 凌鸦, or “spiritual raven,” a symbol of awareness and reflection. Nieternite and Nifutur translate to “neither eternal nor future,” expressing the brand’s view that life should be lived in the present rather than placed in distant ideals.

ILNya Niéternité Nifutur is built on the idea that contradiction is a natural part of being human. The brand explores themes of emotion and reason, freedom and belonging through its own design language. Rather than presenting a perfect image, ILNya aims to create an emotional connection with its wearers, using clothing as a way to share experiences and reflect inner states. VERSEAS works directly with the brand as their overseas marketplace.
